The owner/manager was extremely friendly and accomodating to our needs and requests. The actual workers who came to clean the house were quite young and I did not feel very confident in their abilities at first, but they seemed to know what they were doing. They were about half an hour late, however. Everything looked great when they were finished, but I think they used too much water on the carpet, which seemed a lot wetter than necessary.

They broke an angel that was a very special gift. They apologized and reimbursed me $30. Otherwise, they do a good job.
