"One time and professional. The next day, a Saturday, I discovered that water would only get luke warm. After sending them a message on their web site, I found a YouTube video showing how to adjust the scald prevention setting. It was an easy job, but it should have been handled by the technician who performed the work. I sent a second message saying I had resolved the problem myself, but never received any type of response. Delta's web site indicates those parts are guaranteed for life to the original purchaser.
