"We had previously hired someone to waterproof our basement but it severely failed. Once AFS came and accessed the crawl space, they implemented a new system. "We found that an old antenna fell that was attached to the roof of our 2 story home. We called Archer chimney, they came out the same day, investigated the damage, and provided a quote. The following day, Joel and and Mike returned and repaired the roof. They were very professional and courteous. Pictures were provided before and after the job. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for additional projects in the future. Great job JOEL AND MIKE."

"the workers had to take deck boards off the deck to be able to use a machine to dig down by the foundation. they did a good job replacing the boards, however they did not replace some side pieces and broke a garden hose. I have advised the company that I could have someone complete the job and acquire new hose or they could do it. I am awaiting a reply."
