"We used Ledlow's in the past so when we wanted to replace our central AC/ Furnace with a heat pump we called Bruce. The price was excellent and install went very well. We had trouble with air and heat being even in all rooms. Bruce exessed the duct work, suggested we reroute the duct work and now the temperature is the same in each room. This guy is fair and a real customer service person. We won't call anyone else."

He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
