He called to inform me on the morning of the scheduled service appointment that they had another emergency job to complete and would try to be at my place in 2 hours. After 2 hours he called to reschedule for Monday afternoon. They still showed up an hour late that Monday. A job that was estimated to take 2 hours ended up taking 4 hours over a two-day period.
