I was told it would take 2 to 3 days. It took 2 weeks. Sheet rock was cut in the bathroom without blocking the door to keep sheetrock dust from billowing into the adjoining bedroom. A full dump truck was left on site over a 3 day weekend. Bathroom fixtures, old water heater, and large cardboard boxes were left on my yard over that same weekend. That left me to roll the fixtures onto my parking pad in order to cut my yard. The medicine cabinet was not centered over the new vanity. The solution was to install small corner shelve beside the medicine cabinet. One inch thick boards, not sanded or prepped in any way, were cut to fit. Then they were screwed into the wall. The screws were not screwed in flat to the surface. The toilet always continues running after I flush. Each time I use it, I must take the lid off of the tank to raise up the ball. The seams of the shower were not caulked. Brown gorilla glue was used and not wiped off the surface of the shower. The one person who showed up each day at the beginning of the redo was run off before he finished the drywall. It was left to me to find someone to finish sanding it before painting. The owner of the company insisted that the only allowable place to install the tankless water heater was 6 inches from the floor. If this was so, there would not be enough floorspace for my side by side washer and dryer. I did research and found a plumber who would install the water heater above the heighth of the washing machine, as is allowable. At this point, Mr Moon conceded, after the initial installation. From the beginning, Mr Moon kept trying to impose his ideas on my remodel. He made great effort to sell me a conventional water heater. He told me I was "Old School" when I told him I required a medicine cabinet, not just a mirror. Another thing he did daily was tell me each day before he left was that they would be back the next day to finish the job. Overall, by the end of the two weeks, They needed to pour concrete in the bathroom. They washed out the excess concrete from their wheel barrow on my grass. Those of the crew who smoke threw their cigarette butts all over my yard, although I have ash trays on my front and back porches. The reason that I went with Moon Plumbing to begin with is that I had good history with them. They are not longer the professional company that I dealt with years ago.

Johnathan has 15 years experience in this field and it is obvious by the end result! The Powder Room walls were finished to perfection! "Dillion and his team did an amazing job. The professionalism, quality of work and promptness of work was excellent. Thankfully Dillion told his team to not clear as much as we had marked because it kept the privacy we wanted close to our house. It was a total shock when I first saw the clearing, but I can honestly say our land looks bigger and the larger trees will be healthier now that the smaller trees are removed. Thank you for the outstanding job you guys did!"

FAQs for concrete finishing projects in Fort Benning, GA
Concrete repair costs range anywhere from about $0.10 to $0.15 per linear foot to fill minor cracks, to about $6 to $14 per square foot to replace damaged concrete slabs. Repair costs vary widely depending on the size and type of work needed. For example, replacing 100 square feet of driveway will cost between $600 to $1,400, on average.
The average cost of stamped concrete is around $12 per square foot, but you might pay anywhere from $8 to $28 per square foot. The average 12-foot by 12-foot patio costs $1,730 on average. Your exact pricing will depend on the patio’s square footage, the condition of the area where you want to pour the concrete, the desired stamp pattern, concrete coloring, concrete grade, and local labor prices. Don’t forget to budget for extra costs like land preparation and additional concrete fortifications if necessary.
Depending on the cost to repair your driveway, it may be more cost effective to tear out and replace it with a new concrete driveway. The cost to repave a driveway ranges between $1,400 and $12,100, including removal of the old concrete. Contact a reputable concrete contractor for advice and an estimate. They may have a good reason for going with repairs or replacement after assessing your driveway. You may also have the option to resurface your driveway or pave over it without taking out the existing one.
It’s possible to create stamped concrete yourself, but we don’t recommend it and it’s often not cost-effective. It’s easy to mess up the pattern of a stamped concrete patio or walkway, leaving you with an unsightly home exterior rather than the elegant solution you wanted. Any mistakes made during the ground leveling and concrete pouring process will also increase the risk of cracks forming on your concrete. Additionally, buying enough stamps to get the pattern in before your concrete cures can cost as much as hiring a professional to do the work for you.
Concrete contractors typically charge anywhere from $6 to $14 per square foot. Cost factors include job size, site prep, base material, accessibility, your location, concrete finish, and concrete thickness. Removal of existing concrete, asphalt, deck, pavers, and grass will cost anywhere from $1 to $6 per square foot. Homeowners can often save money by removing and disposing of existing pavers, decks, and grass. Breaking up and hauling away concrete and asphalt is difficult and time-consuming without the proper equipment and may be worth having the pros do that work.
