Liquid Lawn

We have used Liquid Lawn for 2-1/2, almost 3 years. We moved to Warner Robins last fall and were excited that they offered a special that included lawn treatment, pest control and termite protection for one year- we prepaid for the year and apparently signed a contract that should have been explained to us. We had landscaping work done and had planted new grass. Our lawn was absolutely gorgeous. We started to notice some patches of weeds popping up and they promptly sent the tech out to treat. Within a week the areas they sprayed turned completely brown and killed not only the weeds, but also the grass. They told us we needed a treatment for lawn fungus that would cost an additional $223. We brought in a landscape professional and he recommended a product that we could apply ourselves. We decided to end our relationship with liquid lawn. We had prepaid so we thought that would be the end of it. No, they were going to start charging us $145/mo for pest control and the free termite protection. They never installed the bait stations. We decided to cancel the entire service since it was prepaid without asking for a refund. Shortly after that email, we got a call informing us that there was a $300 early termination fee. Well now we know their real motive behind their advertising! BUYER BEWARE- Liquid Lawn uses deceptive advertising and contracts- you are not getting the good deal or the customer service that you think you are paying for. We had been loyal customers paying full price for our prior service thinking we were being rewarded with a great deal at our new property- NOPE!! I hope someone reads this and doesn’t get taken advantage of the same way that we were!!

Our yard has never looked better. The weeds are gone, the dead spaces are filling in and our yard looks healthier than since we contracted with Liquid Lawn.

Liquid Lawn had the best price and I figured they were too good to be true. That is absolutely not the case! Hands down the best weed control company in Middle Georgia!

There are no weeds at all in the yard and the grass is very healthy! I highly recommend using Liquid Lawn to get rid of and prevent weeds as well as aereating the yard.

Our lawn was sick and beyond what I was capable of dealing with. Contacted Liquid Lawn and I can't express enough how pleased we are with what they have done to our yard. It's healthy, no weeds and how full and green it was during the summer. Very professional employees and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and how nice it is to receive alerts of them coming to spray. Best $$$ I've spent yet on our landscaping. Highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

The first thing that he said to me was, "were you referred to me?" I told him that Angie's List referred them to me with a "A" rating. He said that he cannot do anything for me without a referral. I just let him go and let him know I would let Angie's List know.

Can't be happier. My neighbor is using Newman's now because of how wonderful my lawn looks.

John comes out and gives you an estimate on your lawn and makes recommendations. There are a few things you will need to understand about John. John has a very limited service area. He only wants to work in North Macon. He is an older gentlemen and sprays the lawns himself. You will not have an $8 an hour flunkie on your lawn like Trugreen does I think he does it mostly for enjoyment rather than really trying to make a living. Another thing about John is that you will need to committ to a minimum of 6 applications or he will not accept your job. This makes sense because if you only do a few applications a year, you are really not going to see a difference in your lawn. AND he will not bug you to death about upgrades like Trugreen will. Another thing about John, he is probably not going to be the cheapest. I think it is still very reasonable for the quality of service you are getting, but he will be higher than Trugreen or Weedman. But then again, Trugreen and Weedman have both burned parts of my yard with there spray application. So really, I came out a head using John Newman. Plus my lawn looks incredible.
