"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

He got the work done in a timely manner. He takes directions very well, he’s professional, clean and on time. He made sure we were satisfied with everything throughout the process. "Richard was fantastic.....AWESOME.... he was the best... and I can't say anything more than that. Richard did everything that we had asked him to help us with and more. He also identified some very serious problems and issues at our project, such as termite damage behind the walls, and then he fixed the problems....right "ON THE SPOT", and “the best part”… for a reasonable fee. He took on this tough project with ease. He did a fantastic job installing our new windows, doors and also painting the interior. He was very professional at all times. He was always on time to the job and was always there when he said he would be there. MOST IMPORTANT… he never wasted any time on our job. He was a diligent worker. We would recommend Richard THE HANDYMAN to everyone. He is very good, very knowledgeable, courteous and honest person. Richard is the only person to hire. He was one of the best skilled contractors that we have hired for this project so-far. Richard also had a helper on the project, Marcus, and he was very excellent, polite and very hard working too. Richard was extremely helpful, giving us tips and great advice on how we could do things better on our projects and also how we could complete some other tasks ourselves. He was very conscious of staying within our budget. We appreciated that very much, especially with the added work that we asked him to complete while on the job. We would definitely hire Richard again and would recommend him to everyone who is hiring someone from Angie’s List. Richard is one of the best you will find. "Backyard custom construction LLC. Is awesome. Not only did they kill everyone's prices around Atlanta to build the same building but they are extremely efficient. Everyone else I contacted gave me quotes for over $4000.00 dollars. Dustin quoted me over the phone by text and on a live call $2930.00 and then I added 2 stairs to the building which only cost an additional $50.00. I'm completely amazed at how fast these guys were. It only took 5 1/2 hours to build and clean up. Thanks guys I will be passing your name to everyone I know that wants a building built."

"The first one they ordered was the wrong kind so this delayed the installation. The plumbing company they used had to come back after the installation because there was a leak at the wall. Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
