What made this so easy was Todd listen to what I wanted, I even got a banquet, a larger island and yes a beverage cooler where my husband can keep his drinks. One thing about his crew, they are so nice and honest that I never felt uneasy leaving them in my house while we were at work. One thing you need to do, when Todd says he is ready to start you better have lights, fixtures, and other things within his scheduled time, they work hard and fast.  If I ever have anything else done I will definently choose Todd and his Crew. Very Honest People, and his quoted price was right on it.

He offered to send me a few names of engineers they have worked with in the past., I decided to use another contractor to expedite the process, but Parrot rep was thorough and professional and I would call them again for estimates and /or repairs.

He gave us some clear and simple steps to take in our yard which has stopped water pooling in the low points, and set a date for the water proofing work in the crawlspace. Curt gave us a reminder call a few days prior to the project starting. Jonathan and team came out on time and they worked incredibly hard over the next two days in a tight space.
