They negotiated price and scope transparently, showed expertise in prep and installation, and delivered a very nice final result. The sod is still settling, but we’re optimistic. Overall, four stars for quality work and great communication, despite some significant timeline hiccups."

"Tile installation was GREAT, problem, contractor cut all tiles on the floor of the bathroom, didn’t bother to cover my vanity, tub, or sections of the floor. In addition, I am sure I observed them loading 2-3 boxes of my tiles in there truck, they finished and left in a hurry, like they just robbed a bank. They didn’t clean anything up, left one h*** of mess, which took me 1/2 a day to clean up, note I am 77 yrs old and don’t move as fast as I used to"
