"I hired these people to grow a lawn in my backyard. The seeds germinated and grew well. This is in September 2018. About 2 weeks later, after a few heavy rains, ALL the grass is gone, just like when they graded my yard. There was no trace that grass ever grew before. I contacted Jeff Cannon, the owner. He said he would reseed, not certain what day, depends on the weather. A few days passed by, Jeff said he would do it, again gave me either this day or that day, but not certain. Then he came out of town. When he came back, it's mid October. He said it's too much leaves on the ground, he couldn't do. He told me to wait until all the leaves have fallen. Then I would need to remove all the leaves. It made sense, so I wait. By the time all leaves fall to the ground, the weather was cold (in Dec- Jan) so I thought I should wait till it gets warmer. In Feb, I called them. There were no answer. I left message, he didn't call back. In the Spring, some grass grew back, but grow sparingly, you would not call it a lawn, more like weeds. I used different phone numbers to call, he answered because he thought it was a new client. He said to clean the yard clean of all the leaves and call him back after March 1st since Feb is still too cold. So I worked really hard to sweep all the leaves since my backyard is large (over 1/2 acre) and have big trees. I called Jeff again after April 1st, again using different phone numbers because he would not answer if I use my phone. He said why I called him too late, now is out of the season to grow fescue grass because it's getting too hot. However, he would do it. After the day he said he do it, nothing was done. I contacted him, he said his truck was hit so it needs to be fixed. Then he would do it as soon as it gets fixed. No date was given when he would reseed my yard. After waiting for about a week with no progress, I have decided my patience has reached its limit. Jeff Cannon has been playing game. He just said anything just to get rid of you with no intention to follow up. His 1 year warranty is just a joke. I told him I would leave negative comments for his work. No response from him so he doesn't mind receive less than stellar customers' comments."
