The aeration and seeding went okay, but he never returned to fertilize per our verbal agreement.   I also never received a written agreement regarding fertilization at intervals, per our discussion.  After the aeration was done, I never heard from him again!

It went well and they vary the mowing direction of the lawn.Edging was great too, and yard looks very good.Sometimes blow too much pine straw away, but not a problem after I spoke with them.

I started with The Yard Man back in 1991 as a young, single woman.  I had a small place, but he treated it as a multi-million dollar property. I knew nothing about plants or flowers, so he would come up with suggestions on what plant material he thought would appropriate for my yard (he has a unbelievable knowledge of flowers, trees, shrubs, etc). After I got married and moved to a different city (also in the Atlanta metro area), he followed me to my new property.  Again, he helped me design my yard, put in a massive, multi-zoned irrigation system, and transplanted trees from the front yard to the back.  I received many "Yard of the Month" awards over the years.  When the economy started to take a turn, we had to down-size our large home to a smaller, more economical one. Another move and again, The Yard Man followed us. This time we had a much older home with drainage problems and many over-grown trees that were threatening the house.  We had 9 trees removed all in the same day and it brought life and sunshine back into my dying lawn. I thought for sure that we had a severe problem with a wet basement that would require $1000s of repair, waterproofing, etc.  The Yard Man was able to access the problem and correct the problem for just $400-500 instead of $4000-5000. This man is honest, loyal, and will charge you a fair price for the quality of his work.  I would recommend this company to any and everyone.

THEY COME EVERY WEEK TO DO THE WORK. THEY ARE FAST AND ALWAYS LEAVE A LIST OF WHAT THEY DID THAT WEEK. WORK IS GOOD. GUYS ARE NICE AND RESPECTFUL.
