He takes care of his customers very well and gives them itemized receipts so you know what you are spending on. Not only does he make sure things function as they should, but keeps the esthetics in mind and does a great job at whatever he does! The drapes arrived beautifully, more than I expected. It fits perfectly. The customer service was great. Mary, the person I worked with went extra miles to deliver the trims my wife wanted and turned out beautifully. After this, I ordered two more drapes from them.
