"Pet Stop is FANTASTIC! A while back I lost my sweet German Shepherd, Cinnimon. She ran out into the street and was hit by a truck right in front of the children. Never again will I have to face that again. I purchased the Gold Package and my two sweeties will never leave our property. Pet Stop install about 3 years ago and I've had 100% satisfaction . They just a bit extra I purchased their training package. I've also bought their inside wireless unit a couple of years ago. It a portable unit I've block off the kitchen area when I mop and I've also placed it under our Christmas Tree...no more chewed up presents. Pet is is extremely family friendly and really know their stuff when it comes to our pets and interaction our family."

"Well I contacted Rob about a house I was looking to buy and renovate. He met with me, was super nice, took down everything I wanted to do, etc. I then paid him $150 for a proposal. That’s where the problems started. Although he set the deadline himself, I kept hearing ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ when I would ask for an update. Finally got it back. It was a pretty vague list of things and rough prices attached (ex. just “floors - $X” - not “hardwood in middle bedroom,” “tile in the kitchen,” and so on) and a shoddy drawing of a layout with hardly any detail and certainly not drawn to scale. Maybe my expectations were off there. But I want a little more than that before I go take out a loan and hire you to do a $100K job, amirite? But whatever, whatever - put that aside. It comes down to when I’m going to have to make a decision, need to get him approved by my bank... POOF. GONE. Radio silence. Won’t answer calls. Won’t answer texts. Won’t answer emails. I said he could just let me know if he didn’t want to take this on, etc. Just nothing. Strange way to run a business. Especially when the job you want people to hire you for is usually time sensitive and requires excellent communication. Honestly, I hope he’s okay and if I hear otherwise, I’ll consider removing this. But without more information, I wanted to give an honest review and give folks a heads up that this could happen again."
