"The work they did was good. The first guy they sent had faulty equipment and was late getting to our house .He was to be here between 1200pm & 200pm and got here 230pm. He also had dried mud on his boots and equipment which dropped off all over our hardwood floors. Then we had to wait for Bobby to come and he was late. We told him about the first guy and he apologized. But he resolved the problem and got us fixed up. We thought the price was high ."
