The sales presentation was very low pressure, making sure all my questions were answered and giving me time to evaluate the information and make my decision. I put my deposit down in mid-July and the windows were installed 8/25 which I felt was an excellent turnaround compared with what some of my neighbors have experienced with other companies. The installation team, Ryan and Mack, were great.
