Paul Does It All

I was referred to “Paul does it All” by a fellow parishioner of Cathedral of Christ the King in Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Paul Lorefice came highly recommended and because of this I made contact after Christmas 2022 to get an estimate on repairing a covered patio attached to my home and to see if it could be completely enclosed and made into a sunroom/sitting room. Paul responded promptly to my voice message and scheduled to come out to see the site I hand and work up an estimate. He arrived early and was very courteous and professional in appearance and offered insight on how I may go about the project in a cost effective manner while not giving up any quality to my desired project or it’s finished project. He delivered an excellent presentation and very affordable estimate with a time frame that suited my time line completely. He had all necessary materials and was ready to begin work in one day. His work was absolutely spectacular and he paid great detail to quality over everything else in leveling the pad, framing and enclosing the space, installing cost saving floor to ceiling glass and connecting my homes HVAC duct work so the room can be climate controlled. In addicting to the beautiful new sun room he discovers that there was a minor leak in the roof of what was my previous covered patio and repaired that as well at no extra cost. He is a decent honest hard working young man full of integrity and professional to he core. He even finished my project a day early. So, if you are in the market for a quality person to hire for any addition type needs around your house definitely give him a call, and tell him the LT sent you.

Professional and courteous

Overall job was nicely done. Polite and friendly guy, attentive to your requests. Kept site neat and tidy. Scanned our driveway twice (2x) for nails. Thoughtful, not pushy, suggested items for savings and also saw a few things that needed attention beyond the scope of his work. He does not run on a timer either… so be prepared 🕚. He might show a tad late on one day and early the next, however his work is well worth it. He is an old soul, and his work ethic shows. He is now my repair guy for my house and rental properties too. Thanks Paul! You did, do it all!
