482 Septic was backed up! Said tank did not need pumping! They Tried jetting the field lines which was unsuccessful! Then they offered a much more expensive solution with no guarantee it would work. I told them no and payed them. Next day I had another company here and the problem was fixed...

"The agreement for the fence was for the beginning of May. It is now July 3rd and the fence is still not completed & is so poorly done that it has to be torn down & redone. He was also originally hired for multiple projects including my back deck which currently does not have rails on one side because he tore it down & has yet to replace it. "We originally contacted J&H to come out and look at existing joists under the house for termite damage. They came out and were very honest and said they did not see any damage and did not charge us. I then remembered that I had a report from our termite company with a blueprint of where they had treated under the house and where they said the damage was. Josh came back out and they researched underneath the house and found the termite damage. They were very honest and very reasonable and did a great job. They replaced the subflooring and joists and flooring in the kitchen. They kept us informed with pictures throughout the project. We are definitely going to use them again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of construction or structural work done. "

"Our experience has not been good. We hired John to prep the ground an seed. Our start date was canceled and rescheduled 4 times. The day they arrived, we had concerns about the forecasted rain storms that were starting that evening. We were told the nylon mesh would hold the seed in place. It didn't, the next day we had deep rain ruts under the mesh, and expressed concern about the damage the rain did. No one came by to look at it, we continued reaching out, again we were canceled and rescheduled multiple times. ( Never put mesh in your yard, we have spent countless hours picking up trash bags full of this material It is still everywhere), this work was performed June 2024. These are the pictures as of Feb 2025. $7k job plus the hundreds of gallons of watering, yielded these results. Very unhappy customers."
