"When the move-in-date for my mom’s assisted living was unexpectedly moved up, Eric kindly worked us into his schedule with little notice and on our preferred move date. This was a long distance move where my mom’s things were at a family member’s house and taken to the assisted living 3 hours away. Everything arrived perfectly intact. Eric and Martavis did an exceptional job. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommend them!"

"Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."
