However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

He sent two of his employees , Cody who did the prep work , and Bobby who actually finished the job the following day. Both of these workers were professional, courteous, and had very good skills. Our project is now finished with good results."
