A year after our gutters were installed, AH Improvements personnel came and replaced part of a downspout which had not held its paint - no questions asked, prompt service, and friendly personnel both in the office and on the job site. A welcomed outcome - painless and appreciated.

The customer service I received from the owner was great. We were quoted a very fair price and the installation occurred the same week of the quote. The crew was professional and very fast. When I notified the owner of a slight imperfection in one of the gutter joints, a crew member was sent out the same day to fix it. The gutters look really good with our home and I m very satisfied with the overall experience. Our gutters are of high quality and I definitely recommend Affordable Home Improvements!

They were in and out in about 2 hours. Since the install, two leaks developed between the gutter and fascia board. I notified them, and they took a month or so to fix one. I notified them about the second leak, and I cannot even get them to contact me back. This company starts out of the gate fast but does not fix problems, or back the work they do. I will not be doing business with them again. Good luck getting them to respond to any problems that will occur.

Looks really good on our house. Don't know if the seams were to be sealed with anything but found leaking at some seams. I honestly think the price, (even though other competition is the same in pricing), is really only the big issue in my book, due to my previous steel and metal fabricating experience. But I gave in to have them done. Maybe in the long run they will pay off.
