I have another desk chair that needed attention, and I had them take that one when my armchair was delivered. This was a rare, pleasant experience and outcome."

"I called a week before I wanted the cleaning done and was able to get an appointment just when I wanted. Got a phone call alerting me that they were on the way. Probably took an hour or so. Both the couch and the rug look much brighter.
This is not "dry" cleaning. Be prepared to have a fan or two to help dry whatever gets cleaned.
