"He said the damper on my Fridge needed to be replaced and said it would be $515.00 and that he'd be back in three days. Obviously playing me. That cost me $60.00 for ten minutes. The part is $102.00 retail. The install is nothing. Watch a few videos, nothing. The door had a rip in the rubber. He saw it, didn't even address it. I said I would have to think about it. He asked for his $60.00. They can make a nice living doing these quotes. He would have been laughing with all his buddies had I agreed."

They show up and say they will come back, then they don't come back. They took the remnant of my carpet to bind and "fix" the problem when they come back. Then, they didn't come back. And after each time they don't show or show and don't fix it, I get a text asking if I'm satisfied. Each time, we call and say we are not satisfied. There is no end to this experience. I am going for a full refund from Home Depot and asking them never to use this company again."

I had spoken to Bryan, made an appt for an estimate. I have gotten other estimates so what was one more. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. After explaining what I wanted he had drawn me a picture with all the dimensions, a detailed estimate of the job at hand. After changing my mind and him being the patient man that he was we came to a conclusion and started the next day. His crew as well as himself had the utmost respect for me and my home which is hard to find these days. They had finished quicker than expected, exceeded my expectations, under budget and Bryan added some little things that I didn't think of with no cost. His company will be the only one to do any work on my home in the future."
