EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP. THE INSTALLER HAD A SPECIAL TOOL HE HIMSELF HAD PURCHASED TO REMOVE HARD TO GET OUT WINDOWS WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE FRAMES OR SEALER. (A PREVIOUS COMPANY DAMAGED THE SEAL ON A WINDOW AND HAD TO USE A PUTTY THAT LOOKED TERRIBLE AS IT OOZED OUT AROUND THE GLASS....
