We liked them. We tried other heating and cooling companies and they didn't seem as efficient as Chancey's. We have a contract with them.

All of the workers were very friendly and the owner, Mr. Joey Chancy, has come out several times during the course of our job to make sure everything has gone smoothly. Very nice company.

Moved thermostat as requested, but instead of running the wire down through an interior wall, the wire was run down the outside of the wall, leaving the wire showing from ceiling to a point about 5 feet off the floor (9 foot ceilings). Had to have them come back and rerun the wire. This left one hole in the ceiling (easy to cover) and one hole in the wall (wall had to be repainted). While doing this work, a wire was disconnected, leaving the air conditioner with fan operations only (no cooling). We hired a different company to come back and do the job right.

They were very good. I liked their prompt service, courteousness and they didn't do anything without informing me first so that I knew how much everything was going to be. I think their price was close to what they did and I don't think they overcharged. The quality was excellent. They were right on time and very professional.

Arrived on time, removed old units, installed new units, cleaned up after installation. Installers were friendly and answered all questions concerning the installation.
