Its a tough decision that has no vanity pay off like a new paint job or kitchen remodel. I really appreciate their staff particularly Clay, Wade, Zach, & Adlai. They kept me informed throughout the process. They rescued my old home and treated it with care. "New Leaf Construction were professional and the bid was inline with other bids. They kept me informed of where they were on the project and when materials would be delivered. This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."
