"I was impressed with Alpha Foundations from the first contact. They were all professional, informative, and reassuring. Coming from Maine, I had never had any experience with a slab foundation so was extremely concerned when the walls started cracking. Jordan went out of his way to schedule the work during our stay so that I would not have to extend my stay. Jordan, Kalod, and James, we’re so careful working around my plants that I did not lose any. I did not expect that. They cleaned up so well that you would never know that they had been there. Matt and Malcom did the follow up foam work inside. They were meticulous and again, one would hardly know they had been here. I had recently had my floors tiled and was expecting to have to arrange to have damaged tiles replaced. There is no need. I was able to detect where they drilled and re-grouted but others could not without the areas being pointed out.I cannot sing high enough praises for this company and Jordan, Kalod, Peter, Matt, and Malcolm."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"Process took several days to complete but was perfect from beginning to end.  Contractor initially recommended more than I thought the project needed but there was no high pressure to do more than I wanted.  There have been several sustained rains since the project was completed that would have resulted in flooding prior to the project, but the basement has remained bone dry since the project was completed."

"Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again."

"First, Jon, what a wonderful job you did! Thank you very much. I called Jon to ask for a quote regarding some tree and brush removal on a neglected property I just bought. Shortly after, he came out to the property, we talked about what needed to be done - I was pretty picky on what I wanted - and he was able to add some great suggestions. He gave me a very fair estimate and a date he would do the work by.  We agreed to go ahead with the project. You can imagine how delighted I was when he texted me with pictures that the job was done - days a head of our planned schedule! Not only did he stay within the budget, the job exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to work with Jon, he used all the latest communication technologies, he communicated well and understood what I wanted (not easy). There is lots more to do on the property in the near future, and I will certainly use Jon again. Thank you.

"Cassy was pleasure to deal with. She returned calls promptly, she was here when she said she would be. Her employee's were very polite and very attentive how I wanted things done. She used good materials and done the job right. I have worked in the construction industry for almost 40 years and she is a rare breed these days. She went over and above. She asked me if I would like for them to trim up my trees which they did about 10 of them and was a freebie. I paid someone several hundred dollars the last time I had my trees trimmed up. I would highly recommend her for any of your fencing needs. I could not be happier. It's really good to see there are still some hard working people out there that take pride in there work."
