Called in the morning, they said they could come out in 2 days.They had me troubleshoot a few things and when I call back to say I needed a Service Call, they said they were in the area and would be here by noon. Randy and Cody went straight to work. They were professional and polite. Everything was fixed in a timely manner. What a great job they did. "I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load.
