"I have not had my oriental carpets picked up to be cleaned as yet. The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. "Overall great service for cleaning. I had them for about 18 months and then we moved out of town. If they forgot to clean something, I called and they fixed it,. One time they actually came back out and recleaned the entire house. I did use carpet cleaning service from them once and did not like it. I got better results renting a machine from Lowes and doing the carpets myself. The house cleaning was great though. It seemed like they tried to keep the same crew with my house, so the girls cleaning got used to what I wanted done.
