Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Unfortunately the service tech was 2 hours late. Not entirely uncommon with Atlanta traffic but still frustrating. One of the areas I paid to be cleaned was my stairs but the tech didn’t even touch the toe kicks. Next, as they were packing up one of the hoses leaked some water on my floors, no big deal execpt I was asked for a towel to clean it up. Finally, when it came to payment time the $99 that was agreed upon on the phone all of a sudden had a $15 “trip change” that was never mentioned before."
