A true professional and a very good man.

Mr. Grace is very professional and quickly gave me two survey options to choose from. His price is very very reasonable. Half of the surveyors that contacted me did so with a very high price and wouldn't do what I wanted unless I had first paid for a full boundary survey. The other half didn't bother giving me a quote and just replied with an email saying they are very busy and can't help me (AKA your job isn't big enough for us to bother with). Note, I had marked in the request that I was planning and budgeting, time wasn't an issue. Mr Grace gave a quote for what I wanted done and he keep me up to date on when he would arrive to do the work. After the work was done he walked me thru the job and explained everything to me. I would not think twice about recommending Mr. Grace to my family and friends.

Julian is very prompt and accurate and meticulous about the survey to set up property line. My lot has very steep slope and it is hard to get down there. Julian has done excellent job by staking out the property line and I'm very happy and satisfied with it. The price is also affordable too as my lot is < 1 acre.

Mr. Grace was prompt and very thorough with the service that he provided. He brought an error in the official records to my attention. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Mr. Grace is very knowledgeable and professional, and the most affordable option I found. Only downsides were the work took longer than I expected (he worked alone), and I was a bit off-put during our initial phone conversation. I'm very glad I hired him though. The work was top quality (I purchased a plat in addition to boundary markings), professionally performed, and an excellent value for the money.
