I needed an emergency survey as my fence was in the process of being built and my neighbor was questioning the lot lines. Mr Grace showed up within 1 hour and had the place fully staked out in 2 hours. Excellent service. Very personable. My highest recommendation.

Contacted me within a few hours by phone&e-mail. His e-mail was detailed and included a price, available days, and a relevant example of his work. He arrived on time, did his work, and sent me an electronic draft of the drawing to review. I requested a couple of minor changes. He made them and mailed me signed copies of the drawings. Drawing contained all the features we needed for our zoning variance, building permit, and later fence building. He also provided some distance and area calculations for us for our variance application. Great drawing, quick turn around, great communication/customer service.

Had Mr Graceland come to our home and do our survey. He went above and beyond to find our property corner pins. He came promprtly this morning and worked until completed. I appreciate the quality service he gave us. I highly recommend using him. Very friendly, staked our property answered questions. I learned a lesson whenever you buy a home spend the money and get your property marked. It is worth the investment. Mr Graceland is preparing our documents and will be mailing them to us.

J.D. arrived on time and did the sutvey of my property lines. The job performed was far more than I expected as he a clearly marked property line with stakes in numerous places.

The surveyor was very polite, explained the markings and did a thurough explanation of his work and the research at the rax office prior to visiting the property. He provided a time that he was be here and met the appointment on time, after calling to say that he would be late due to the visit to the tax office for additional information. The follow-up after the marking was excellent. Did a very good job.
