"What a scam of a company and believe me I am using my kind words here. We had a patio and pergola installation. I'll write this in bullet point format to make it easier: 1. Left huge tire marks on our front yard that now looks like a river when it rains. Tried to organize multiple times to get them to come out and they never did, John stopped texting. Kept blaming the lack of rain... because it doesn't rain in Georgia for 5 months. 2. Left concrete sand on the grass and told me it's good for the soil... There's a huge area of dead grass where that was. 3. Worker kept telling me they could give me a better deal and not to go through John. I was told this every single day the workers were there. Extremely uncomfortable. 4. My wife also left a review on how they told us they would give us the fire pit ring for free during the negotiation of the deal as I met up with Tony. In the end they told me that conversation never happened so we ended up paying for it... but in the review that my wife left they responded and had the nerve to say they gave us the ring for free. 5. John said he would come and check the work because I told him there were a few things I wanted to talk to him in person concerning the work. He never shows up and sends the guy who I had all the issues with to fix my issues!!!! He never even told us he wasn't coming, he just sent the other guy. 6. Neither Tony nor John ever came to see the actual work once we agreed to the job, so if you feel like telling me they did a good job, how do you know? You never came back, but go check google reviews as a refresher. Why did we give the check you ask? Because the work was completed and like any normal business i didn't expect to be ghosted if I asked you guys to come back and fix the remaining issues 7. The worker told me he could fix this drip issue I had with my water pipe (this is a job John has no idea about because that's the type of people they hire)... well he tried to fix it but by doing so he messed up the whole water pressure of the house! We had no water!!! and we have a baby in the house. Tried to call him to come back to fix it and he never responded.... you can imagine the awkwardness when he had to come back because I complained about the patio work and was expecting John instead. Thank goodness my home warranty came to fix it because that would have cost me hundreds. 8. The Pergola has huge bolts sticking out of the floor and bent. 9. Pergola is not straight because he dragged it in place so the collumns are off to the side. 10. One of the columns of the wall has white scratches everywhere, they told me it would go away with the rain... 5 months later they are still there. 11. cigs all over our back yard. Asked me if he can smoke as he has been smoking for 3 days already. Now here are some direct responses that they left on my wife's review 1. "we extended there patio at no extra charge," This is something we didn't even ask for and they told us it was too small to do it how they planned originally... so whose fault is that? 2."had to go back and build their pergola when it was supposed to be there at the time we did the patio," We told them as we ordered the pergola that it could run late because they were very eager to do the job as soon as possible. Already planned for that scenario and the 2 people that did come back, 1 of them (they know who) kept asking me for other work because apparently, "John doesn't pay for s***" that's a direct quote 3. "John my partner spoke to the husband a couple of times, and offered to come back out for the grass area etc and it was agreed to wait for the rain." John stopped responding. I'll post the screen shots on google of his messages. I gave you guys the opportunity to make this right and you had the nerve to try and turn it around and make us the bad guys. Now you have to deal review"

"Good. Isolated the leaking pipes and installed a valve to shut them down without having to turn off all water. The leak is in the concrete slab so its going to be a costly repair involving home owners insurance. But, Mr. Sommers did get the leaking to stop with a quick emergency repair to partially stop and slow the leak util next Tuesday when the insurance company is open (this is Saturday of Memorial day weekend). Hopefully, the insurance company will approve us to hire Sommers for the complete repair this coming week, but we will ultimately have to go with whoever they approve."
