Good. Isolated the leaking pipes and installed a valve to shut them down without having to turn off all water. The leak is in the concrete slab so its going to be a costly repair involving home owners insurance. But, Mr. Sommers did get the leaking to stop with a quick emergency repair to partially stop and slow the leak util next Tuesday when the insurance company is open (this is Saturday of Memorial day weekend). Hopefully, the insurance company will approve us to hire Sommers for the complete repair this coming week, but we will ultimately have to go with whoever they approve.

I have used Sommers Services for a number of years and won't use anyone else.  A pipe burst at my house one evening and they were able to come out and repair it that night.

When I spoke with Tim at Sommers Services  (678)215-5121 on 10/30/2014, he came at the end of his business day to evaluate my situation and   to give an estimate for replacement of my 14 year old water heater. After review of two competitive estimates, I accepted Tim's estimate on which he also offered an additional 10% Senior discount. Not only was he on time to replace the water heater, he arrived 5 minutes early. When he left, the work area was immaculate. The old heater and components were hauled away.  Other friends and customers  had highly recommended Sommers Services to me. I would also  highly recommend this company to others. Tim's professionalism, efficiency, and timeliness are exemplary and much appreciated by this very satisfied customer.
