"Matt is a very nice person, generally professional and responded timely to texts and emails. The weather interrupted our project multiple times but considering that, he and his crew worked hard and were here when they said they'd be. Matt was very knowledgeable about types of sod for our different areas of yard. He did overestimate how much sod it would take but deducted the leftover from the final cost. He offered us a discount to book with him earlier than originally planned. We took the offer but after the work was done, made us wonder if his crew also discounted the quality of work. We went with Matt because of the wonderful ratings online and the discount. However, the quality of work was seriously lacking. They left big gaps between rolls of sod, ruts in our yard from their equipment (filled some, didn't others), lots of debris in the curb around our property, didn't roll the sod very well (lots of lumps and bumps), re-seated some pavers on front walk from equipment damage but didn't fill paver gaps with sand. We are really surprised by all this because of the wonderful reviews he got on various websites. We wish him well but honestly can't recommend. Disappointing for the cost."
