"They are saving us from a tragedy by showing us that the crew we hired and trusted last year used the wrong kind of stove pipe, cap, and didn’t set the pipe/cap combination high enough above the roof. It’s a miracle we haven’t had a terrible house fire and had significant damage or lost the whole house !
