"Avoid this business. We specified details of the job both in writing and over the phone. It was deep cleaning of a filthy bug-infested house after an eviction. The house was professionally treated for bugs, and we needed some cleaning before repairs. We mentioned everything in writing. She accepted the job, showed up, but complained she didn't expect it to be filthy, eventhough we told her in advance. We asked her, "be honest, do you still want to do the job? If you can't do it, just say so and we'll move on". But she said yes, that she just needs to go get the right equipment and come back in an hour. We even told her to charge more for the job. She could have said no, but again she said yes. She left and never even called back to say she couldn't do the job anymore, wasting our valuable time. Very unprofessional, very unreliable. We found someone else who did a perfect cleaning job for us. We were lucky she didn't come back, because she would have done a bad job. Avoid this business."

My normal cleaning services: -Dusting -Mopping -Vacuuming -Cobwebs - ceiling fans -light fixtures -blinds -Bathroom(s): (Very good scrubbing in showers and tubs, speacializing in mold removal!!! -Cleaning mirrors, counter tops -Kitchen: Includes cleaning outsides of Refrigerators, and Oven Sink, inside of Microwave -changing sheets My deep clean would include all of the above and: Outside of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, baseboards, window seals, blinds, ceiling fans, etc. -Dusting -Mopping -Vacuuming -Cobwebs -Bathroom(s): (Very good scrubbing in showers and tubs, speacializing in mold removal -Cleaning mirrors, counter tops. -Kitchen: Includes cleaning outsides -wiping down the doors -dusting the walls -hand light fixtures we can reach -moving and wiping all kitchen appliances -Moving and wiping all things on bathroom counters - outside of cabinets!
