"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "OK. The price was in the middle of the quotes that I received, which were all over the place from $8k to $20k. They didn't try to push unnecessary or complicated solutions on me and went with the basic install that I wanted. The system seems to be working fine six months later. Weather caused the crew to get behind schedule and they were rushing things a bit toward the end. A few details like sealing around the floor to duct connections and putting the insulation back around the openings for the duct work weren't finished up quite the way I expected but, that's not a big deal. Overall I am satisfied. I would use them again."

ON MONDAY, WE HAD INSPECTION AND A FEW DAYS LATER THE ATTIC WAS INSULATED WITH FOAM TO REDUCE HEAT LOAD ON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then.
