"Michael Molten was very nice at first and did eveything agreed upon. Then he started showing up without me asking and requesting money for the additional time. When I showed him/ informed him of past correspondence to prove he came at his own discretion, he wouldn't complete the job that still needed to be finished and it was right before a party. He wouldn't return calls or texts at times as well. Just turned out really sad because I felt his work was great, but customer service and trying to get additional money from a single parent and how he communicated about the issue was low and unprofessional."
