He came when he said he would, did a complete inspection of my roof and explained what he had found. Originally I had asked for a repair, knowing that the roof was due for replacement, he gave me a price for repairs and also replacement. I opted for replacement. The crew did a great job on my roof and made sure that the job site was cleaned up before they left.

They did a great job. On our initial visit i was looking for a quote and Summits owner climbed my roof and fixed o e of my problems. No other roofer went through this detail. My roof was metal and had several issues from the original installer. I've waited a couple of weeks and let a few storms pass to ensure all the problems were resolved, And yes they have been.

Metal Roofing Repair
Derek and his team were able to go to work immediately and complete the vast majority of the project in one day. I also had some electrical issues that Derek and his team had to wait to be completed before they could finish. They did a great job replacing a lot of rotten wood and securing a valley in my metal roof. They also shored up the roofing around my chimney to prevent further leakage. I would highly recommend this company.
