"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. "I hired company for some minor home repairs noted in a home inspection. I was surprised when three workers showed up for tasks that I believed one handyman could easily have managed. Affordable Proffesional Home Improvement company are capable of repairing anything a homeowner would need repaired...because they are actually construction contractors. However, as I discussed w/Dervin/owner after I paid him $300.00 for the repairs, his fees exceeded the rate that I've paid handymen in the past for minor home repairs. This was the first time that I've used the services of this company, and I admit that I was remiss when not asking for an estimate of repairs before they did the work. The $300.00 was for labor only as I purchased all materials before they arrived.
I will definately hire this company in the future because their work ethics and quality is outstanding, but he and I agreed that we'll agree on a price up front so that we will both be satisfied.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
