Kevin and Donna do it all. Their prices are less than 'specialists' and the quality is master builder! In the past few years they have 1 removed dining room walls to make a large room (required electric work too) 2 remodeled both bathroom showers- tile work is fantastic. 3. Converted a bathroom closet to a laundry room incl piping, elect. and new drain line. 4 replaced hvac system 5. Just rewired entire home from 1970's aluminum standard to meet current NEC, all new from mast to outlets and led can'd lighting...no more dark rooms. THEN refinished all the sheetrock and replaced some paneling with sheetrock. Perfect surface for painting!

K& D can do it all, and quickly! They remodeled our entire master bathroom in 3 weeks! Kevin does all his own work, including construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, tile, and flooring, so there was no waiting around for other tradesmen to do this part or that part. Anything I could dream up, he made happen. Heâ s a true artisan, and it shows. His tile work is second to none. He takes the extra time to plan out the design so that everything is perfectly straight, square, and symmetrical. Months later Iâ m still coming across little things that he did that just make the aesthetics that much more visually pleasing. On top of the quality of their work, K&D are extremely responsive via text before, during, and even after the project is complete. They stand behind their work and are prompt to remedy any issues that may come up after the work is done. And on top of all that, they are very reasonably priced with no surprise charges at the end. I will definitely be hiring them again when our spare bath needs an overhaul.

Kevin was professional, on time and his finished product was amazing. I wouldnâ t hire any other company for a remodel. You get professional quality work from K and D construction. Highly recommend.

On a scale of one to ten I would give K and D Construction at least a twelve. Removed bathtub, vanity, and toilet. Built a walk-in-shower with bench, installed floor tile, new vanity, vanity mirror, bathroom door, vent fan, ceiling lights, and toilet. Removed popcorn ceiling and repainted ceiling and walls. I would recommend K and D Construction (Kevin and Donna) for any home improvement remodeling job. K and D Construction is a company that takes pride in their work and it shows in their finished product.

End result was awesome, better than expected. Involved structural assessment, walls removed, electrical movement, kitchen soffit build out, ceiling and wall refinished, trim installed, cabinet removed...ready to paint! Put up screen and cleaned up daily, arrived as stated and completed quicker than anticipated. Very friendly, attentive to detail and agreeable to changes. Looking forward to working with them again.

great company to work with . built a tile walkin shower with a bench for us. did all the plumbing and carpentry work required. worked by scheduled appointment, showed up on time, and cleaned the work area each day before leaving. Kevin and Donna are good to work with. They showed up on time and did the work that I had asked. When the project was over they cleaned the area very well. I would recommend them to anyone that needs home improvement work.
