"John was very disorganized as a General Contractor. He hired sub-contractors for the jobs and they were all terrible except for the Carpenter he hired who did excellent work. The other subcontractors did shoddy work, especially the fine details in corners/edges. Many times things were not done to satisfaction and Johns typical response was & What do you want me to do?; When we demanded that things be corrected he would charge us for the work.... not good! I would never recommend him to even my worst enemy. Terrible service/terrible workmanship."

"This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. I definitely recommend Jay and Extreme Construction Group."
