The scope of our work ranges from minor repairs, equipment installation ( including salt systems and heaters) ,to complete remodels and new builds. Currently our main focus is resurfacing pools, spas and pool decks. We offer top quality results at competitive rates. Complete customer satisfaction is our goal on each project we undertake. Honesty, integrity , pride in workmanship and courteousness are our guideposts.
"Seabreeze did a pool resurfacing job for me but never finished the job. My mistake was I paid him in full because I had to go out of town to bury my husband. After the resurfacing, the pool continued to leak. Adam promised to fix the leak. He came out several times but never fixed the leak. I had to keep draining the pool, over and over again costing me a lot in water. I finally told him he had to hire a leak detection company. which he did. The light was never put back in and the cover to the main drain was never put back in place. I tried contacting him over and over again and he never responded. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was the holidays. The resurfacing started in June. He just completely ghosted me. Finally in January, I had to hire another company to put in a new light. The original light would not fit because his crew did not do the resurfacing correctly so the original light would not fit. I would never recommend Seabreeze Pools"

"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
