He finished our pool for us about 2 years ago after Legacy completely screwed us over. He fixed many of their mistakes. A few weeks ago I had a faulty breaker to the pool pump that was causing issues from my main electric panel (which was installed by electricians and not even him) I messaged him before I knew that was the issue on a Friday to see if he had any advice. He came over the next day (Saturday) and helped me troubleshoot the issue which took a few hours. He helped me resolve the issue and would not even take payment even though it was a weekend

Seabreeze did a pool resurfacing job for me but never finished the job. My mistake was I paid him in full because I had to go out of town to bury my husband. After the resurfacing, the pool continued to leak. Adam promised to fix the leak. He came out several times but never fixed the leak. I had to keep draining the pool, over and over again costing me a lot in water. I finally told him he had to hire a leak detection company. which he did. The light was never put back in and the cover to the main drain was never put back in place. I tried contacting him over and over again and he never responded. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was the holidays. The resurfacing started in June. He just completely ghosted me. Finally in January, I had to hire another company to put in a new light. The original light would not fit because his crew did not do the resurfacing correctly so the original light would not fit. I would never recommend Seabreeze Pools

The owner is a bit of a grumpy guy, but that should not affect his work. He left large pieces of tile in my skimmer, he broke an outlet and rather than replace it he taped it. He left a gap of at least a 1/2 inch between my pool light and the pool surface so the vacuum gets stuck in it. The tiles have plaster on them where he never finished cleaning up afterwards, there are spots on the surface that seem to be missing plaster. The pool has pieces of broken plastic in it as well as a lot of loose plaster in the pool which is making it hard for my pump to work. Plus my pool is leaking now. I emailed him to see if he was going to repair/correct his mistakes but I have not heard from him. My mistake was paying him before a final look at the mess he made.

First it took six months to complete our project which Mr. Morkan said he would complete in 2 - 2/1 months. Permits and work delayed several weeks with many times when crew did not show up or complete work as promised. Most frustrating was a lack of communication and response to direct questions asked about lack of progress or work that had been performed. It seemed we were not the top priority when it came to completing our project.

I originally gave these guys a great rating because they did a good job on my pool. However, I also hired them to resurface my deck. They were very sloppy, getting chunks of concrete in the pool, all over the exterior tile. They put in a new light for me and never left a manual. The paint they used started peeling within a week, my pool is losing approximately 6 inches of water a week so there is obviously a leak somewhere. Adam, the owner, refuses to return any of my calls or texts and keeps claiming his mother in laws health is declining. I paid him all of his money to his workers upon completion and Adam has never come back to see the finished product or address my unresolved issues. DO NOT HIRE THIS LOSER. He would rather be surfing than working and making things right for his business.

I highly recommend Seabreeze pools. Adam is easy to work with and his foreman, Jerry, Is a saint and very good at his craft. Fair pricing and excellent work...!!!

Do not Use! Resurfaced pool. Used city water to fill pool afterward. (Professionals have a truck bring water.) Was supposed to replace filter. Never replaced it. Then he recommended his friends from down the street, A&E pool cleaning to take over the care of the pool. (rental property.) They serviced the pool for three months but could never get it clean. Turns out they never checked to see if there was a filter. Do not trust Adam, Seabreeze pool resurfacing or A&E pool cleaning! Do not use!

They were very nice to work with and lived up to everything that they told me on the estimate and time frame.

Adam exceeded our expectations!! Not only does the pool look AMAZING, but they started on Monday and were done Friday afternoon. The workers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze Pools , and would use them again for future projects. Thanks Adam!

Seabreeze completed the job on schedule in spite of a one day rain delay. The also provided exceptional guidance concerning immediate care for the pool surface, chemical balance requirements and home visits the week after the job was completed.

Beware!! I hired Adam when he came out to my house to quote my refinishing pool and add a new tile. He is a well-used car salesman, but after he gets 1/2 of the money he sends rejects to your house to do the work, they will leave cigarette butts in the flower pots, drain your 16000 gals of saltwater pool in your back yard but do not worry they will laugh at you and tell you do not worry it will grow back I will tell you from their negligence it will not. They will ask you every day for money and then not finish the job they will leave a mess and not care. I am a business owner and would never treat people the way this company does.

The job consisted of a grind down of a portion of the pool deck and repaint matching the original textured covering. The work was performed in a professional and personal manner and the start date was earlier than agreed. This is the only work they have done for me but I would certainly consider them for other pool work.

Our pool is beautiful again. It's almost 20 years old and was heavily stained with large pieces of the original finish broken off. I think it may actually look better now than when originally built. The crews were friendly and efficient, and left no mess at all. Adam (the company owner) responded immediately to any questions I had. Caveat: The finish is still brand new and time will tell how well it lasts, but for now we are quite satisfied. I would give 20 stars if that was an option. Keep up the great work, Adam!

While the team that Seabreeze did a good job installing the equipment. The communication from the owner was probably worst I have experienced in a long time.

The finished pool looked very good and we were very pleased with the pool and the deck refinish. Most of the work was completed on a Saturday, with only a couple of small items remaining I paid the final invoice in full and was told someone would return on Monday to install a couple of jets that were missing and provide some touch up paint for some scuff marks. No one showed up on Monday, I phoned the company on the next Monday and again requested these items be addressed. The missing jets were left at my door one day and I installed them myself but I have not received the touch up paint and the scuff marks have not been addressed. Again these were minor items, I just felt when I was told twice it would be done on a certain day I expected it to happen.
