"What a wonderful family owned service. I originally hired them to trim n remove some trees. Then i realized that they offer a bunch more services. So i figured while they are here, let me get some more work done. They soft pressure cleaned my roof and sidewalks and they look beautiful. Billy and Mitchell were a pleasure to talk to and they were both very knowledgeable about thre work they provide. I would definately recommend this company. There prices are excellent and when they get finished theres no garbage left. They cleaned up very well"

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

If you live in a cold climate with frequent heavy snowfall, investing in a snow blower may be worth the cost. Another thing to consider when factoring in cost is if you have physical limitations that make shoveling snow difficult or even dangerous. So, you may want to start shopping around for a snow blower if you have either or both of these scenarios.

Before firing up your snowblower, ensure that essential switches are in the correct starting position. Take a moment to double-check the throttle, fuel shut-off, and choke, ensuring they're firmly set to the "on" position. Precision in verifying each switch's alignment is crucial, so don't rush through this critical step.

Yes, snow should be removed from a deck to protect it from damage caused by moisture and heavy loads. Shovel the snow off of your deck regularly once it is more than four inches deep. Avoid using salt, which can damage your deck.

Magnesium chloride is a relatively gentle ice melt product and, if used correctly, should not cause much damage to your property. The most important thing is to be sure you apply it according to the manufacturer’s instructions and don’t use too much.

Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.
