"I hired this firm to resurface my pool. The pool came out fine, but they made a total mess of my recently upgraded pavers around the pool. When we first were picking out colors for the resurfacing, I asked about protecting the pavers, and Bobby the salesman told me they put down plastic around the pool to prevent messes. They put nothing down and now my red pavers have blue plaster all over and between them, they even got the plaster on our new patio furniture. When confronted about this all they said was "sorry"...... Never Again!! Be warned."

"I am not a happy customer. I'm not unhappy. I am an accommodated customer. I have four disappointments. I understand how a pool works, but this was my first remodel, and we were going big. Concrete swim-out bench in the shallow end, new tile, heater, new pump, new filter... I wanted a NEW pool. The first issue was the dedicated vacuum line. My pool has one, but it was abandoned. I wanted it fixed. I was told in the quote process that it may cost more to fix it, I said "let me know." The next I heard was at the end of the project when I asked about it and was told they found a leak and abandoned it. Legacy offered to rip up my new deck and address it if I wanted and I almost cried. They actually did have to rip up a small part of the deck to install a new skimmer because it was in the quote. I expressed concerns over drainage around my generator and A/C from the beginning and had to yell at them to get that done. I still have wood shims under the unmounted pump. *sigh*"

I hired this company in early January 2025, paying a large deposit to them on January 6th, with the promise that my pool and deck repair would be completed by mid-February. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also went completely silent for nearly the entire month of February. No updates, no communication?nothing. Then, on February 26th, out of the blue, they finally reached out?not to apologize or offer an explanation, but to try to start two days later on Friday February 28th, but only if I paid them more money before they would begin the job! It seemed to me like a desperate last-minute money grab attempt. To make matters worse, they tried to tack on an additional credit card fee even though their salesperson had assured me this fee would be waived upon request when I signed the proposal. At this point, I was already suspicious, but things got even worse when I did some digging."

LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"
