"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"I highly recommend this company and Christopher Lawless as your sales rep. I have 3 different companies come out and give me quotes, tell me how long it would take and the quality/warranty of their equipment. 3D solar was best in every way. Chris gave me the cost and power producing expectations. I wasn't given a pushy sales talk but a realistic one. I even asked about upgrading to more panels and instead of jumping on it, earning more money, he told me I didn't need and he didn't recommend it. I went with his recommendations and have been more than pleased! Installation was extremely quick and the workers were extremely polite. They kept me up to date on their status and cleaned up afterwards. Chris even stopped by to see how it was coming and let me know he was a partner in this purchase. He let me know that the panels were actually higher level from what I believed I was going to be getting. They were able to find the perfect placement of all the equipment. I enjoyed my $75 bill during the summer. Next summer they should be even less. My May bill was only $9!!! "Overall, very well. Prompt, courteous, easy to work with. Their arrival was delayed about 30 minutes, nothing I would have considered an issue, but they sent a text notifying me of the delay well before the scheduled arrival time. One lesson learned however. Sham Shield is a pressure washing company, but pressure washing is not always the best tool. Some of my gutters are an integral part of the pool enclosure with the screen abutting the outside edge of the gutter. There was a lot of roof grit in the gutters. Sham Shield advised this would be a difficulty. The cleaning using a pressure washer blew grit through the screen on to the pool deck, with a considerable amount going into the pool. Sham Shield cleaned the deck, no issue, but there was nothing they could do about the grit in the pool. I don't fault Sham Shield, they did what I hired them to do, and advised me of the potential problem beforehand. I'll definitely use them again for pressure washing, but select someone who uses a different cleaning method for the pool enclosure gutters."

"Alex was very responsive.  Gave me an estimate of $735 over the phone when I described what I wanted done.  I gave him the measurements that the pool builder gave me.  Alex did not need as much fencing as I indicated.  The actual cost was less.  He could have easily charged me the quoted price.  I very much appreciate his honestly and professionalism.  My pool contractor quoted me $880 for the same job.  When I told him that Alex with Baby Guard could do it for less, he said, "Alex is a great guy and does good work.  Use him."  I highly recommend him!
