"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

We had an emergency so we went on Angi and submitted a form, someone from the company called me within five minutes and came out for a free inspection the very next morning. Before even pulling into the driveway, he knew exactly what the issue was just by looking at the yard which gave us the confidence that we had the right people. He was very straight with us, explained everything without any “sales” or jargon that we wouldn’t understand, very transparent and informative. Turns out we needed the septic pumped and entire drain field cleaned out. They helped out the first morning to hold us over until they could come out two days later which really helped us out. When they came for the job, they were friendly and QUICK! Overall great communication through the entire process, fairly priced, and went above and beyond to solve our emergency. No need to shop around, these are the guys you want."

"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."

"Steve was very prompt with his response to my initial inquiry and setting up a visit for the estimate. The work was able to be completed much more quickly than I had anticipated, and done well. We had 2 levels of gutters cleaned out- some had plant shoots growing out of them (ugh). We have a lengthy stone retaining wall which was quite mossy. Now we can see the actual stone . It looks brand new! We will definitely use them again."

"After having really bad clogged sink & garbage disposal issues over several months I took advantage of a $39 special offered by this company.The service repairman, Chris, came on time, was very friendly and professional. It turned out my clogged sink needed much work. After failed attempts at trying to unclog the drains by indoor methods using several different lengths of snake, he ended up having to go on my roof a couple of times with his tools to finally be able to clear the drains. For awhile, it seemed nothing would work, but Chris expressed his determination and successfully completed the work.  For the first time in a long time, my drains work perfectly. His work time was approximately 2 hours. The total bill, not including the $39 special was 297.40, however, he gave me a $50 credit in place of the $39 so my balance ended up at $247.20. (
One quirk having nothing to do with the work but was a bit perplexing so I'll note it: Each time the office called me to either confirm the appointment or inform me Chris was on the way, the caller ID read 'Federal Express'. I don't pick up calls I don't have business with &/or recognize but  fortunately, I do have an account with FedEx so I picked up only to be surprised that it was the plumbing service. I could have missed the appointment. I reported this to the young lady after each call & suggested she might want to check with their phone company for an answer and resolution.)

"Great. Fixed intire system and installed new control unit. Did not try to upsell me when I was willing to replace anything that looked bad. One sprinkler head that they didn't replace started to work but eventually is now not working but otherwise I love the job he did. However. Only complaint I had was delays which were not the company's fault but was tied up at the house due to not communicating back ups due to weather and homeowner add on to existing job causing delays and I knew that was the case I just wanted a call to confirm so I could have planned my days better but I loved his knowledge and blue collar work ethic and will definitely use this company again."

"The situation: We did a massive yardwork project, creating a total of at least 25 cubic yards of trash, most of which ended up in a giant pile in my parents' back yard. This trash included a giant, heavy basketball hoop which my family members could hardly move. We needed to call in a professional. The Good: John and his partner answered the phone promptly on a Saturday afternoon. He arrived within an hour, and brought a truck with a large trailer, quickly assessing the situation. The Bad: When I called just after noon, the vibe was that the team did not really want to be working on a Saturday. When I asked how late he could come, to give us time to finish, John mentioned that this is the 6th day of the work week for them and they'd like to get home. So I agreed to have them over immediately, even though it meant we would not be done generating trash. Once he arrived, he assessed the giant pile of trash we had created, and quoted me a price that I knew was very high. The job was big, that's a fact, but the estimate was very rich for a 2-man crew based on past experience. He offered a small discount if we would do the loading of the truck, but it was still more than 150% of the price that a different company later completed the job for. The Result: We had a lot of trash to move, and I felt guilty for dragging them all the way over just to give a quote, so I negotiated a much smaller job taking the trash that we had already moved to the front yard. That job took about 30 minutes, and the crew went on their way. I called another (excellent) company to finish the job, and you can find their review here on Angie's list if you look. I would not have written this review at all, because I don't like writing negative reviews, except that I kept receiving texts even several days later asking me to give a review. I would not use this company again. Ways to improve: It is completely possible that I caught this company on a bad day. If you aren't interested in working late on Saturday, especially for a poor planner like me who couldn't tell you ahead of time, I totally understand. Just change the hours that you post on your business to hours that you actually want to work, and people like me will bother someone else!"
