"They did great... The technician for a bad relay and replaced it, all was completed very quickly and professionally. The bad new is that it never started cooling. More was wrong and the technician told us it was not worth repairing. The freezer was almost 20 years old so I agreed. They refunded everything except the service call fee. I was not expecting a refund so that was very good news. The whole experience was very professional and the customer service was great. If the need arises, I will be calling on their services again."
